First spoke to Maria regarding renting a property in Kalives and straight away l found her to be very friendly and helpful. Since our many telephone calls we eventually met Maria in January and signed contracts. Both Maria and her husband George have been so helpful in not only finding us exactly what we wanted but in arranging many other things as well. We can't thank them enough for their help, friendliness, efficiency and professionalism. 100% recommend them to anyone looking to either buy or rent. p

We have just bought a house through Minoan Properties, and would highly recommend them. Both Maria and George are very helpful,lovely people, and we found the property descriptions very accurate. Maria organised house viewings, and drove us around providing local information. Most importantly, she spent time finding out exactly what we were both looking for, and either suggested properties that we might not have considered or was honest about those that were clearly going to be too remote for us. 

We have just bought ( we signed the final  sale contract on the 15/12/16) a house with Maria and George 's assistance .Both are very efficient, honest , direct, quick, trustworthy  and intelligent  persons .We were deeply satisfied with their work and full understanding and helpful ways during the different  steps of the purchase process .We can without any restriction recommend Minoan Properties to anyone wanting to buy or rent a property in the area.You  will benefit from a perfect service and will be always well attended.Appointments and timetables  are respected .All questions and queries are fully and clearly  answered .You get direct , frank and honest answers not trying to hide reality or to paint it white  when it is grey  or black.In fact , you get the truth ,which is so nice and reassuring  .If you have any difficulty , you will be immediately helped and supported .Maria and George are both highly qualified and experienced and know perfectly  their job .   My daughter Lisa Hollaway had a wonderful experience with Minoan Properties  and suggested that I contact Maria  for a long-term rental and when I arrive in Crete.

Thanks to the professional and excellent support and help from Maria and Giorgos we found our dream house. It is truly the one stop shop. Also their warm, friendly and professional way of guiding us through the process convinced us. An honest recommendation.

I walked into Maria and George's office by chance when looking to settle in Kalyves and am so happy I did!

Maria didn't just answer my questions, she spent quite some time asking about me, taking the time to get to know me so she could really understand what I was looking for in not just a place to live, but a new home.

Geroge spent extra time showing me around the different areas and local businesses so I could know more about Kalyves before deciding to move permanently here.

We had been looking for a long-term rental in the Kalyves area and luckily stumbled across Minoan Properties which is run by Maria and George. We filled out the "wish-list" questionnaire which Maria used to narrow down properties for showings. This approach worked perfectly and we moved into our new home on Crete the next week!

Even after moving in Maria and George are still going the extra mile for all our requests and worries. Electricity setup, Internet, having outdoor furniture made, reconfiguring the yard...the list is endless.
