Each house of about 90 sqm contains two (or three) bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs there is a large dining room space, dominated by a beautiful stone fireplace and separated from a fully fitted kitchen by a lovely stone arch. The ground floor also has a bathroom. By way of a spacious staircase you reach the first floor with two bedrooms and bathroom. There is access to the balcony offering some wonderful views of the mountains and the sea. The outside area is perfectly landscaped with flowers and plants, and has an outdoor kitchen area with barbeque. The houses are furnished and offer all amenities. The price of 500 € includes electricity and water bills. The village of Tsivaras is very near the seaside village of Kalives and the beautiful historic town of Vamos with traditional cafes and restaurants, shops, a health center, pharmacies and supermarkets. The houses are available for the winter only.
