Shared Swimming Pool
Made from Cretan stones and wood and following the traditional Cretan architecture, Villa Maria is perfectly harmonized with the natural environment. The lush area that surrounds the villa has an incredible and primitive beauty and is a delightful area to make calm walks through the hundred year old trees. Only a short drive of 6 kilometres from sandy beaches with crystal clear waters and a great base for excursions. Relaxing next to the swimming pool gives an experience of total serenity. Now the villa is used as two separate semidetached one bedroom one bathroom houses. However with very small changes this can be reversed and made into to a really spacious 4 bedroom two bathroom property. The house has wood beamed ceilings which complement the stone character. If you would like to make some alterations; we can help you with this. There is a nice open plan kitchen a sitting dining area. There are two bedrooms two bathrooms on the ground floor and two internal wooden stairs leads to the two mezzanine floors which can be used for two extra double bedrooms. They have large verandas overlooking the White Mountains and the wild and idyllic scenery. Villa Maria is part of a small complex with two other houses, which includes and a large shared swimming pool (55 m²). Also another option could keep the property as it is and live in the one and rent the other one to have an extra income .
