Bei unsere Suche nach einer Wohnung zur Langzeitmiete, haben wir die Webseite von Maria in Kalyves gefunden. Der erste telefonische Kontakt war schon sehr herzlich und vielversprechend. Maria ist eine sehr engagierte junge Frau, mit langen persönlichen Kontakten zu Vermietern in der Region. Man spürt, dass sie ihren Job wirklich mag. Wir hatten sofort Vertrauen zu ihr und sie hörte sich unsere Wünsche sehr genau an und fand auch schnell das passende Haus für uns. She had a really fantastic experience - the team were extremely helpful, and everything went really smoothly. Maria and her husband especially were very responsive, and addressed any concerns she had quickly and effectively. Last week we went to Minoan Properties. We were looking for a long-term rental home. We had seen something on the website of this real estate agent. Maria was very enthusiastic and after half an hour we were in her car on our way to the house. We liked it so much that we immediately said yes. Maria arranged everything and now 2 weeks later we are already living in our house. Maria is a great woman, sweet, professional and cooperative. Nothing is too much for her. If you ever think about having a real estate agent to find a house in Crete more specifically in the area of Kalyves, Maria and Geoge are the most honest, helpful, efficient, well-intentioned couple I ever met. I am so greatful and lucky I found them. And 5 stars is not enough for them, but I won't argue with Google because of that.😁
